Documents Required For Registration Are:
- Raised Seal Birth Certificate/Long Form
- Academics/Transcripts- official transcripts of courses, credits and grades from previous schools. Proof of 8th grade completion for entering 9th grade
- Health Records - must clear with nurse
- Proof Of Residence -exp. Mortgage/Lease, Electric Bill, Gas Bill, Telephone, Comcast or Cable Bill
- Special Education - Records - if applicable
